Shipped from inside your region. No customs surprises, no month-long waits.
Delivery
UK orders ship from our UK partner warehouse and arrive in 2 to 5 working days. Delivery is £2.99, or free on orders over £25.
US orders ship from our US partner warehouse and arrive in 3 to 5 working days. Shipping is $3.99, or free on orders over $30.
Nothing ships from China — that is the whole point of megems. Personalised (engraved) pieces ship in the same window; engraving adds no extra time.
Returns
You have 30 days from delivery to return unworn pieces in their original packaging for a full refund. Under UK consumer law you also have a 14-day right to cancel your order from the day it arrives — just let us know within that window.
To start a return, email hello@megems.com with your order number and we will send you the returns address and instructions. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 working days of us receiving the return.
Two exceptions:
- Earrings are final sale for hygiene reasons, unless faulty.
- Engraved pieces are made to order and final sale, unless faulty.
If anything arrives damaged or develops a fault, email us a photo and we will replace or refund it — your statutory rights are unaffected.
Jewellery care
Our stainless steel pieces are tarnish-resistant and nickel-safe. To keep the finish at its best:
- Keep pieces away from water, perfume and gym sessions.
- Store them dry, ideally in the pouch they arrived in.
- Give them an occasional wipe with a soft cloth (our polishing cloth does the job nicely).
