How fast is delivery, really?+

UK orders ship from our UK partner and land in 2 to 5 working days. US orders ship from our US partner in 3 to 5 working days. Nothing ships from China, that is the whole point.

How does engraving work?+

Pick your initial at checkout and we hand-engrave it in our London studio before dispatch. It adds no extra delivery time. Engraved pieces are final sale.

Will it tarnish or mark my skin?+

No. Stainless steel pieces are tarnish-resistant; plated pieces are nickel-safe and last longest kept away from water, perfume and gym sessions.

Can I pay in instalments?+

Yes, split any order into 3 interest-free payments with Klarna at checkout.

What if I change my mind?+

30-day returns on unworn pieces in original packaging. Earrings are final sale for hygiene reasons unless faulty.
