Terms of Service.
Last updated July 2026. These terms govern every order placed at megems.com.
About us
megems.com is operated by megems Ltd, London. Contact: hello@megems.com.
Orders and pricing
All prices are shown in your local currency (GBP for UK visitors, USD for US visitors) and include any applicable taxes. Payment is taken at checkout by card or Klarna via Stripe. An order is accepted — and a contract formed — when we dispatch it; if we cannot fulfil an item we will refund it in full and let you know.
Our bundle offer (any 3 eligible pieces for a fixed price) applies automatically at checkout to eligible items. Where your selection already costs less than the bundle price, you pay the lower amount — the offer never increases your total.
Delivery
Delivery times and costs are set out on our Delivery & Returns page and form part of these terms. Times are estimates from dispatch, not guarantees, but if an order is significantly late we will always put it right.
Returns and refunds
Our returns policy is on the Delivery & Returns page: 30-day returns on unworn pieces in original packaging, with earrings and engraved pieces final sale unless faulty. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights, including your 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Personalisation
Engraved pieces are made to your specification and cannot be resold, so they are excluded from change-of-mind returns. Faults are always covered.
Liability
We are liable for foreseeable losses caused by our breach of these terms. We are not liable for business losses or for losses that could not reasonably have been foreseen. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts. If you live elsewhere in the UK or abroad, you keep the protections of your local mandatory consumer law.
